Jacinta Johnson is an HR, project, and business transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen people operations, implement systems and processes, and navigate organizational change.
Throughout her career, she has led complex initiatives spanning HR technology implementations, multi-entity HR transformation, benefits and retirement programs, compensation and job architecture, policy consolidation, compliance remediation, performance management, and process improvement.
Her experience includes leading or co-leading three HRIS implementations with progressively greater responsibility, most recently serving as Project Manager for a multi-entity UKG Ready implementation spanning HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefits, and Recruiting. Her approach combines deep HR expertise with project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, change management, and implementation execution.
Jacinta holds a Master of Arts degree and has completed formal project management education through Villanova University, complementing her extensive hands-on experience leading business and HR transformation initiatives.
